How it works

Reach Elite
Elite on the chat ladder is the floor for most roles. Learning is the exception and takes applications at any rank.

Wait for the announcement
Seats open by announcement rather than on demand, so the team only grows when there is work for the seat.

Open a ticket
Applications run through a ticket in the server. Say which department, and what you have already done in it.
- 04
Trial
You run the job with a leader watching before the role is permanent. Most of the assessment is whether you turn up.
