The people who run Forge

Five departments, one chain of command. Every role exists to do one of three things: help members build, keep the community worth being in, or get projects the honest feedback they came for.

Chain of command

  1. OwnerFinal say on everything.
  2. Server ManagerPromotes, demotes, blacklists and bans. Owns one or two departments from the background.
  3. Server SpecialistManages the project leaders and judges how they are doing.
  4. Project LeaderRuns one department and recruits its staff.
  5. Deputy Project LeaderSupports the leader and covers part of the job when they are away.
